On Sunday mornings we welcome you to come into the church and meet our greeters. We will welcome you and your kids and, if you are new to our worship service, we will show you around and introduce you to our nursery and Kids Church workers.
Children and youth of all ages are welcome to participate in the full worship service. We don't mind a little noise! For elementary school aged kids, we provide a worksheet to help you listen to and learn from the sermon. Little ones up to age 3 can head down to our nursery before the sermon starts (we will let you know, from the front, when that happens). Our nursery workers love babies and toddlers and offer a loving and caring environment for your little one.
Older kids up to age 8 also have the option to head down to our Multi Purpose Room for worship, prayer and Bible teaching. Or, you can stay in the sanctuary for the duration of the worship service. Parents, please escort your nursery aged children down to the nursery to sign them in and out. Older children can head down with their leaders but do need to be picked up by an adult at the end of the church service.
All CBC children's program volunteers and staff have gone through criminal record checks, Plan to Protect training, interviews, and other appropriate trainings in order to lead your kids well in a safe environment. Any parent who wishes to accompany their child in one of our classrooms is more than welcome to do so. Thank you for trusting us with your kids!
